About Ola : british artist

I am an abstract artist based in West Berkshire in the UK and have been creating my own artwork for many years. 

My art has been sold to private collectors around the World including those in New York, Singapore, Paris and London.

I absolutely love the creative process in the production of my art which is carefully designed to embrace movement colour and energy. This bold and vibrant approach to contemporary work is to shake the human soul and spirit.

All of my art is lovingly created with my feelings and emotions putting me into an almost transcendental state as I work seamlessly from start to finish on each piece and my work gains in form and structure on the canvas beneath my hands.

My scientific background has given me the habit of working with acutely exacting and detailed methods and I start each piece using this approach which may encompass either dynamic fluid abstract art or more traditional methods of paint manipulation.  I weigh and measure my own blends of acrylic paints and additives which ensures that each artistic creation is unique with my own personal design and blend of colours which combine to create absolute one-off paintings.

The sizes of canvas I offer vary from mini to extra large and I adore pouring my heart and soul into each and every one so that my essence of creation is available for anyone no matter what their budget may be.

I find inspiration from many sources including nature, the built structure, textiles, and from the work of other artists such as Gerhard Richter, Jackson Pollock and Jonas Gerard.
