Returns and Exchanges

I accept returns and cancellations

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel your order.

Returned items must be received by me within 30 days of delivery.

I do not accept exchanges

But please get in touch if you have any problem with your order.

Please be aware that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Commissions or personalised orders.

Items on sale.

Conditions of return

Purchasers are responsible for any and all costs of returning goods to me including postage.  If an item is not returned in its original condition then the purchaser is responsible for any loss in value.

Payments

I accept all major credit cards through Paypal, you do not need to have a Paypal account to make a payment so you can checkout as a Guest.

Please include your telephone number during checkout just in case you need to be contacted by a courier.

Customs and Import Taxes

Purchasers are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes that may apply.  I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Shipping Costs

The cost of shipping is automatically calculated by this website and may not always accurately reflect the sensible cost of shipping to your location outside the UK.  I reserve the right to contact you and request additional shipping costs if necessary and your order may not be fulfilled if we cannot agree on the cost of shipping.  In the event that you consider the cost of shipping to be unfairly high please contact me as it is always my intention to get your art delivered to you in the most safe and secure and cost effective way, I am always willing to discuss this with you.

Delivery times

I cannot guarantee shipping times as these are dictated by the delivery service company.  I always endeavour to pack and post as a priority after receipt of your order and you may reasonably expect your artwork to be in the hands of the delivery service company in just a few days after receipt of your order.
